I've been doing this for quite some time now. Greek yogurt can be used in many ways. I make a simple dip using Greek yogurt and onion soup mix, and I use this with fresh veggies such as carrot or celery sticks. Yummy!

Jojo, thanks didn't think of that carrot and celery sticks with greek vogurt, good alternative/change to my coleslaw stir fry everynight. Dr. oz was just saying on tv how great celery sticks are for one and of course carrots too. I haven't been eating to many lately. yes, and onion soup mix. I have to watch my breath though as my husband is on me. I will have to experiment with diffent soup mixes because of that.
Hi, Chrissy:
Do some experimenting with spices and the Greek yogurt. Try cumin, garlic powder, red pepper flakes, that sort of spice in the Greek yogurt. Actually that is a good substitute for the onion soup mix. You'll be making a dip that is unique!![]()
