Greek Yogurt (plain) instead of Mayonnaise

Dr. Oz suggested greek yogurt instead of mayo. So, I tried it on sandwich, awesome replacement. Got to get PLAIN VOGURT no vanilla, peach etc.. He says good fats in vogurt.

I've been doing this for quite some time now. Greek yogurt can be used in many ways. I make a simple dip using Greek yogurt and onion soup mix, and I use this with fresh veggies such as carrot or celery sticks. Yummy!

Jojo, thanks didn't think of that carrot and celery sticks with greek vogurt, good alternative/change to my coleslaw stir fry everynight. Dr. oz was just saying on tv how great celery sticks are for one and of course carrots too. I haven't been eating to many lately. yes, and onion soup mix. I have to watch my breath though as my husband is on me. I will have to experiment with diffent soup mixes because of that.

    Hi, Chrissy:

Do some experimenting with spices and the Greek yogurt. Try cumin, garlic powder, red pepper flakes, that sort of spice in the Greek yogurt. Actually that is a good substitute for the onion soup mix. You'll be making a dip that is unique!
