I don't know if this is a diet but I am going to try to eat as much whole foods as I can cause if I don't I get negative thoughts in my head saying this food has too much oil, this one doesn't have much wheat in it etc.. etc.. which leads for me compulisive eating, overeating. When I do eat whole foods I have good thoughts in my head. That food is good for you, you wouldn't gain weight eating that.

I find whole foods boring and hard to over eat on. I guess one could eat 3 cups of nuts, lol

Which whole foods are you eating?

I eat nuts, fruit, vegetables, flax seed, vogurt but I think that it is processed a bit.

I wonder if milk is a whole food?
