Hey
I posted and enjoyed DT back in 2006 had wonderful success and found this site to be fun and supportive. I since had another child and I am about 15lbs over weight would like to loose the baby weight but I am older and been on a yo-yo for several months. Thought hmm what is so different this time. Motivation! Then second thought, where did I get so much last time. Oh Yea! DT! So I am back and beginning again. My current goal isnt to loose weight but more to build gain energy in the next 14 days to then go hard n serious for weight loss. Im out of shape horribly right now. Put my self in a 14 day mini goal to achieve the long term on of 15lbs lost and definition and energy as the long term.
Thanks for all who become apart of my journey and I look forward to seeing and learning all about you and yours. DT makes it so much funner to do that 4 letter fugly word.. diet.. but also that long term life change!
